60 FPS & Havok Cloth Simulation Uncap for Bloodborne PC
On the original PlayStation 4 hardware, Bloodborne was strictly capped at 30 FPS, with notorious frame-pacing fluctuations that made dodging and parrying difficult. When modders first unlocked 60 FPS, the game engine doubled in simulation speed—causing rolling distances to halve and attack animations to desynchronize.
Havok Delta-Time Interpolation
This community physics patch resolves all timing issues by recalculating Havok physics delta-time per rendered frame. Character cloaks, monster tentacles, blood splatters, and hitboxes now behave with accurate physical inertia regardless of whether you are running at 60 FPS, 120 FPS, or 144 FPS.
Changelog v2.4
- Fixed double-speed roll recovery during Father Gascoigne encounter.
- Fixed cloth tearing on Hunter's Duster during rapid dodges.
- Added support for 120Hz and 144Hz high-refresh rate G-Sync/FreeSync displays.
